Poha- 500 Gram
Salt as per taste
Oil - 1-2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 6-7
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tablespoon
Green chili - 1 to 2
Red Chilli - 1/2 Tablespoon
Amchur - 1 teaspoon
Peas - half small bowl
Potatoes - 1 finely chopped
Peanut grains - 1/4 small bowl
Lemon - 1
Green coriander - half a small bowl finely sliced 

Procedure

1. Peel peas and peanuts.

2. Remove coriander leaves and finely chop them.

3. Heat the Pan by heating it on the gas, add oil to it.

4. Heat the oil, then add the mustard and wait for it to crack.
